Overview: Advised on group debt structure, outlining the (re) finance options for existing activities and funding options to finance the expansion of the group's food activities. Our analysis included liquidity review for various group companies and the evaluation of multiple credit facilities. We advised on approach to change structure of the existing facilities which will create debt capacity for the group's food business.
