Jose Roberto Simeone brings extensive international experience and network in the Agriculture and Livestock Industries through many in tropical countries. He has previously led business initiatives within Latin America, focusing on strategic expansion exploring business cooperation with local players to leverage disruptive technologies in the precision farming, feed ingredients, automation, and digital solutions. He had worked for global companies like Lhoist Group, ADM, Cargill and Nedap N.V. He holds an MBA from Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands and a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from São Paulo University (USP). Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, he bridges cultural and linguistic gaps to build strong global connections.
Carlos Augusto Bonilla is a seasoned Agri-industry advisor with in-depth knowledge of Brazilian and global markets. He has provided strategic advisory and planning services for Agri-Food corporations, financial institutions, and investors. Experience includes leading cross-border acquisition and divestment transactions for multinational corporations and executing projects in biodiesel and Ag-energy. Additionally, he supported several industries with strategic green field projects, M&A, Sales and Purchasing Advisory. Business Development at CBM introducing innovative wheat and corn milling process. Sales & Marketing Vice President for Latin America at GSI Inc. (Storage and Handling grain) – currently AGCO affiliated ▪ Advisor for AIT – Souflet Group and SternWywiol Gruppe for Brazilian Ingredients Market (Wheat flour, Bakery, Dairy, Meat).
